Classic Chevy Blazer Restoration Project Gallery

The Chevy Blazer was released in 1969 to compete with the many 4 wheel drive vehicles being produced by Cheverolet's rival competition. The K5 Blazer was equipped with a full convertible removable top until 1975... The second generation K5 models were then built until 1991. The original K5 Blazer was then replaced by the K1500, Yukon and Tahoe models of today. Classic Chevy Corvair Restoration Project Gallery

The Chevy Corvair was a compact car made by Chevy from 1960–1969. It was the only mass-produced vehicle made in America to have a rear-mounted air-cooled engine. Classic El Camino & Ranchero Restoration Project Gallery

Is it a truck? Is it a car? No, it's an El Camino! (or maybe a Ford Ranchero)These popular half breeds were first introduced to America in 1957 (El Camino was 59 and didn't make it's comeback until 1964). The El Camino was then produced until 1987 while the Ranchero was last produced in 1979. Classic Chevy Pickup Truck Restoration Project Gallery

Many a Chevy truck have been rolled of the assembly line since 1947 including their first models the Advance Design, 3100s and the Thifmaster Stock. The next generation were the Task Force and Apache from 1955 to 1959 with the C/K and C-10 taking over in 1960. Chevy pickup trucks have always been a force to be reckoned with. Classic Datsun Restoration Project Gallery

Datsun was originally named Datson to represent it as a small version of the DAT car, a larger car made by the DAT Motorcar company. In 1934 DAT Motorcar Co was taken over by Nissan and the last syllable of Datson was changed to "sun", because "son" represents "loss" in the Japanese language. It was also meant to honor the sun in the Japanese flag and that is how it became "Datsun" until it was discontinued in 1986. Classic Jeep Restoration Project Gallery

Willys Jeeps were first made in 1941 and the first civilian models were made in 1945 which makes it the oldest off-road vehicle and SUV in history. The Civilian Jeep commonly known as the CJ series began in 1945 and was one of Jeeps more popular models until Chrysler took over in 1987 which eventually became the Jeep brand we know and love today.

Classic Mercury Restoration Project Gallery

Mercury was originally introduced in 1938 by Edsel Ford in an attempt to bridge the gap between Ford models and their Lincoln luxury vehicles. The Mercury division quickly stamped out its own brand known for performance until 1945 when it was merged into Lincoln-Mercury. Watch as we install A/C vents in the dash of this 1957 Chevy. We also repair the front window seals and install an aluminum radiator.

Watch all the work done to this 1955 Chevy that was done at Wilson Auto Repair. We swapped out the 6 cylinder motor for a V8 engine. We also painted the engine compartment and welded in an engine perch.
